Valley View Opportunities

The list below has information about how you can volunteer and get involved here at Valley View.

Areas to Volunteer
One of our goals here at Valley View Community Church is to meet the needs of the church.  Below are areas where we are currently needing extra help.

  • Children's Ministry Team
    Our Pre-K room is needing more teachers, who can prepare a small lesson & craft.  Contact Jennifer Reahr at 657.5434 . Our K-5 grade Sunday School classes are needing additional teachers, who can prepare a lesson, games/craft and relate to children on a spiritual level.   • Worship Team - instrumentalists, singers, drama and audio/visual
    Do you play an instrument?  Love to sing?  Contact Greg Cranston at 874.0591.
     
  • Usher Team
    Our ushers help people locate children's classrooms, help to seat visitors and collect Sunday morning offering. Contact Art DeVries at 874-1871
     
  • Facilities Team - carpentry, gardening, interior and exterior improvements
    Contact the church office at 446-1410.
     
  • Events Team - planning, decorating, serving and organizing
    VVCC has special events through out the year.  To find out about our Up-Coming Event go here.  To help with them, contact Shannon Wilson at 446-1410.
     

 

 
  • Office/Administrative Support Team
    The VVCC office is always bustling with activity.  To find out if there is a mailing, filing, or anything else to do, contact Shannon Wilson at 446-1410.
     
  • Special Projects Team
    If you would like to help with a special VVCC project, contact Shannon Wilson at 446-1410.
     
  • Technician Team
    For PowerPoint, contact Christi McPhail at 489-0938.
    For Soundboard/Video contact Paul Frederick at 442-0383.
     
  • Women's Ministry Team
    We have room on the Women's Ministry Planning Team.  This Team plans events specially geared to build up & encourage women here at VVCC & in the community.  Contact Shannon Wilson at 446-1410.
  • Encouragement Ministry- make meals for those in need
    We make meals for people here at the church, who have had babies, been ill or are needing help. Our church office receives lots of calls from members of our surrounding community that need food assistance, also.  Contact Shannon Wilson at 446-1410.
